Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the contiguous United States. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is also available. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Denver, Colorado warehouse.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Our Squirrel Proof Bird Feeders are designed to keep squirrels out while allowing birds to feed. However, no feeder is 100% squirrel-proof — determined squirrels may still try! Check out our Learn section for tips.

Clean your feeder every 2-4 weeks with warm soapy water and a brush. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before refilling. We offer cleaning kits in our Cleaning & Maintenance section.

WildHaven LLC is based in Denver, Colorado. All orders ship from our Denver warehouse.

Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
